While in other cities developers are trying to maximize their profits by cramming as many residential units on their properties as possible through constructing monstrous high-rises, in Columbus, Ohio one developer decided to do something for the community by creating a human scale residential neighborhood in downtown Columbus, Ohio.www.neighborhoodlaunch.com.
